Geotechnical Engineer - The role of Geotechnical Engineer is responsible for conducting and supervising all Company's offshore and onshore geotechnical engineering operations, which will include geotechnical drilling and sampling, in-situ and laboratory testing, and the processing, interpretation, analysis of geotechnical data and writing of geotechnical engineering reports. The role will work in collaboration with the geosciences and engineering team to ensure the delivery of high quality geotechnical data and services to clients' needs.

Required Skills & Knowledge -

  • Strong analytical skills and proficient with professional computer software - CAD, gINT, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project
  • Strong theoretical knowledge of soil mechanics, laboratory and in-situ testing, static and dynamic foundation design and analysis
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, good communication skills - written and oral

Required Experience - 

  • Minimum 1 year industry experience

Qualifications / Special Training -

  • B.S. / B.A. required - M.S.in geotechnical engineering preferred

 Mechanical Design Engineer - The role of Mechanical Design Engineer is to proactively develop new and existing PROD technology, assisting in the engineering design, documentation, and integration of. 

Areas of Responsibility - 

1. Adhere to safety procedures and policies in accordance with the Safety Management System, including:

    • Active participation in workshop safety & tool box meetings
    • Report all hazards and unsafe acts
    • Ensure third party compliance whilst on the premises
    • Actively promote a positive, proactive safety culture throughout the company.

2. Adhere to quality procedures and policies in accordance with the ISO9001 Quality Management System, including:

    • Ensuring documentation is approved by correct persons
    • Compliance with document control procedures
    • Raise corrective actions for all non-conformances
    • Comply with work instructions
    • Identify areas requiring improvement and/or audit.

3. Engineering Procedures and Standards, including:

    • Maintaining the security of the company's designs, drawings, and documents register database
    • Creating and compiling technical drawings and technical documentation reflecting the design and as-built configuration of the Company's assets
    • Establishing and monitoring compliance with any appropriate engineering standards

4. Engineering Research and Development, including:

    • Input into the design and development of any equipment related to the activities of the company
    • Preparation of engineering drawings and technical specifications
    • Developing a project specification with colleagues, often including those from other engineering disciplines
    • Discussing and solving engineering problems
    • Considering the implications of issues such as cost, safety and time constraints
    • Working with other professionals, within and outside the organization
    • Keeping up-to-date with new equipment and developments in technology

Required Skills and Knowledge -

  • Basic skill of hand i.e. competence in the use of hand tools is a necessity
  • Excellence in engineering drawing software packages - preferably Solidworks
  • Demonstrated Leadership Skills

Required Experience -

  • 5 years in a Mechanical Design position, preferably in the design of Subsea Robotics or Drilling Equipment

Qualifications/Special Training -

  • Bachelor Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Mechatronics.

Graduate Engineer - The role of Graduate Engineer will proactively develop new and existing PROD technology, assisting in the engineering design, documentation, and integration of and will support the Offshore Operations Team to ensure PROD runs safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime.

Areas of Responsibility -

1. Adhere to safety procedures and policies in accordance with the Safety Management System, including:

    • Active participation in workshop safety & tool box meetings
    • Report all hazards and unsafe acts
    • Ensure third party compliance whilst on the premises
    • Actively promote a positive, proactive safety culture throughout the company.

2. Adhere to quality procedures and policies in accordance with the ISO9001 Quality Management System, including:

    • Maintaining the security of the company's designs, drawings, and documents register database
    • Creating and compiling technical drawings and technical documentation reflecting the design and as-built configuration of the Company's assets
